Hello,

Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032. Review the dimensions below to confirm they match up to yours. Both EntryGard operators are used with the 39-107FK handle and cover kit.

As for the hinges, take a look at the 36-048 set and confirm if the 10" base matches yours. Thanks for posting!
