Replacement hardware for tilt windows

Hi,

I purchased about 1 dozen series 600 spiral balances from Swissco for my windows. I realized the part on the bottom that holds in some of the windows are broken. I also

Need the part the holds the spiral balance. Not sure which one is the pivot shoe.

Can you help me decide what I need to order?

Hello! That part is called a pivot shoe. Yours in particular resembles our 15-188, but I highly recommend reviewing our dimensions to ensure that everything lines up.
