Replacement hardware parts

Question

I am looking to replace some pivot shoes, spiral balances and surface mount tilt latches. I think the windows are manufactured by American Craftsman.
Img 8804 surface mount latch has 2" on center screws and a 7/16th offset, and a number on the back L 307.
The spiral balance Img 8805 end that connects to the pivot shoe has two extrusions 1/2 " on center, 1/8" from the end, about 29 1/4" length.
Img 8616 pivot shoe total length 1 1/2".
Please let me know the part numbers so that I can place an order.

Hello, Tod. We should be able to help with all three parts here.

Starting with the spiral balance, you have either our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 9/16" diameter Series 600, depending on the size of the outer tube.

For the pivot shoe, my first guess would be 15-047, but you will need to measure the thickness and width to confirm. Length is not important for this part.

Lastly, concerning the tilt latch, we only have two products with a 2" hole spacing: the 26-337 with a 13/16" offset and 26-344 with a 3/4" offset. Look over their respective dimensions to confirm which one, if either, will line up with your original.
