Replacement help

Question

Hi, I am looking for a replacement for a window latch. There a PAT. #5, 139, 291 on the back, along with a 75 on the left side of the latch. There is also a 8B underneath the PAT, if it is relevant. Thank you and I would appreciate the help.

Thanks for posting. See the 26-243A and 26-244A tilt latch pair. Though the top surface differs, if these otherwise match I think they can work for you. See what you think.
