Hello, Nathan. In order to recommend a replacement hinge, I will need to see it. Your photos only show the tie bar guide and sticker, neither of which help me identify the hinge itself. Please let me know if you can get that information to me.

I'm looking for the plastic pieces that hold the bar in. Is that piece called the hinge?

No, that plastic piece is the tie bar guide. The hinge is what allows your window to swing open and close. If that's all you needed, then I recommend the 39-417. This should replace your original despite the differences in design.
