Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the hinge shown in your photos. The 32-147 has a similar orientation but the installation hole are not in the same position, so modifications would be necessary. We can't guarantee that this would work for your application but take a look and see what you think.
