This is a broken hinge on a framed cabinet with 4 hinges. These doors get heavy used so need something stronger than a compact hinge. Even though a framed cabinet you can see a block under the plate that allows a larger 3-screw adapter plate. Hinge opens about 120°. I would like a soft-close hinge like Blum Blumotion. Only ID #'s on hinge are shown on bottom view.
The cup depth: 7/16". Cup diameter: 35mm. Distance from cup to edge of door: 5mm. Distance between screw holes on hinge: 45mm.
Overlay: 1/2". The screw holes in frame are drilled in the center of the 3/4" frame.
For the screws go into old holes, what is the best way to secure them...larger screws, wooden hole plugs, or plastic screw-in plugs?
Also, do I need to replace all 4 hinges.
Thanks.
