Replacement hinges for Merillat cabinets

I have Merillat wood cabinets throughout my house and they look good and have performed well. They were installed in 1990 and I would like to replace the antique brass hinges with a brushed nickel like finish. I'm having trouble finding hinges that have the same holes and offset. Could you please help? Please see the attached picture. Thank you.

Hi there. Thank you for waiting! It's hard to get a good look at this hinge, so I'm not sure we'll have a suitable match. Would it be possible for us to see a close-up shot of the full hinge?
