Replacement hinges for metal bathroom medicine cabinets

Gentlemen: I am looking for cabinet door hinges for two metal bathroom medicine cabinets.

Each cabinet has three metal doors with mirrors covering the entire outside door surface (31"x12").

Each door has two hinges, I will need 12 hinges to replace all.

Attached pictures show hinge dimensions. The cabinets were installed in 1987, and the white plastic piece has the name "blum" in the body.

I hope you can provide these hinges, and thank you for your attention.

Picture #2 shows an horizontal line at the top representing the total length which is 4".

Thanks for posting. I am not sure if we have an exact match for your original hinge, but we have a couple similar types.  See our 32-346, 32-349, and 32-344 and let me know if any of these could work for you.
