Replacement inside handle

Hi need a replacement handle for the inside of my sliding patio door, looks 7'3/4 long and installation hole measures about 3 3/4.

Hello,

Unfortunately, we don't carry any handle sets with 3-3/4" hole spacing but take a look at our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" spacing measured from hole center to hole center. Thank you!
