The installer used the plastic rear mounting brackt .that are in the picture. This bracket was installed  1988,new. Help

Thanks for posting! Your hanging drawer socket looks like it could possibly be replaced with either our 32-025 Hanging Rail Bracket or 32-094 Hanging Drawer Bracket. To determine which of these is the best possible replacement, you'll need to carefully review and compare each of their dimension.

You'll especially want to confirm the depth of the bracket as well as the length of the bracket.
