Replacement keepers for casement window

A home owner from Minnesota says:
I have a pair of casement windows. These are photos of the one that is in working condition. I believe only the 3 keepers need replacement on the other one. I didn't remove the hardware for fear of compounding my problem. The only marking I see anywhere is "Truth". Presumably that's the brand. These are original windows from a townhome built around 1997, if that's any help.

Thanks for any guidance you can give.
