When I bought the home they did not provide me with a key. Is there a way to secure a replacement key?

Thanks for getting back to us. Your patio door hardware resembles the 82-086 handle set and 82-218 mortise lock shown below. These parts are compatible with the 82-310 key lock, which comes with two keys. Take a look at the related videos to help you through the repair process.
