Compareing to 38-139; 1-3/8" instead of 1-5/8"  4-1/2" instead of 4-5/8" bolt holes are 3-13/16" center to center. This is for the right side casement window. Larry

I submitted a request yesterday and was told you would contact me later that day. Other than getting confirmation that you received my email I have had no one contact me. I would really like to order this part immediately.

Still waiting for information to place order Larry

Hello,

We appreciate your patience during our busy season. Our closest options to the dimensions you provided would be the 39-095, but the height and fork projection differ from yours. I'm going to have our senior experts take a look and see if they could recommend a replacement for you. We'll reach out as soon as more information is available. Thank you!

The old-style Roto lock shown in your photos seems to match up to the newer style 38-139 you picked out. If you take a look at the 38-158 back plate for this lock, it is listed at 3-13/16". As for the length of the fork, it appears to match up to your part. You should be fine using the 38-139, along with the back plate 38-158. Please note that you will need to use the 33-096 self-tapping screws since the new handle mounting screw holes are not threaded. Take a look at the suggested parts, along with the related videos.
