Per the enclosed pictures and measurements (between holes) can you identify and tell me if you have a replacement latch?

We don't have an exact match, but we may be able to suggest a substitute. Carefully look over our 90-286 lock and 90-279 keeper and see if these could work in place of your current hardware.
