Replacement latch for Outer door

Hi, looking for replacement latch for metal outer door.

1" wide door

3.5" mounting holes, with center spindle hole about 3/4" above lower mount.

Don't need the bolt, just looking for something to latch as it shuts. Already have a deadbolt with key installed above this latch.

Style not a big issue, but prefer black. any help is appreciated.

Correction.

The spindle hole is the upper hole, about 3/4" below the upper mount hole.
The lower hole is for the locking mechanism, that I don't really need.
