Hello, the end tabs to the latches on my window
are broken( made of plastic). Need help finding these.

Hello,

We can't say for sure what you need without seeing an undamaged latch uninstalled but our 91-033P latch pair looks promising. Take a look and see how the dimensions of our latch pair and 91-003M spring compare to yours. Thank you!

Thank you for responding. I had sent this information before, and received a possible replacement part number. I sent for them, but it was delayed delivery due to virus effecting delivery service. I just received them yesterday and they fit perfect. Yes those are the ones, I used the springs I currently have. Good work!
