We don't have an exact match for this handle set, but see our 40-058 or 40-152 sets. Compare each with the hardware on your door and see if you think either could work for you. If you just wanted to replace the inside latch, see the 40-150. I am not sure if these options can work for you, but they're the best bets we have. Let me know if you have any further questions.
