Hello,

Take a look at our our 40-150 inside handle. The reason your handles are drooping like this is likely because the internal spring is bad. If you replace the inside handle, both should start working properly again. Thank you!

Yeah the home owner and I had discussed that, but they opted to change both inside and out handles due to the discoloration of the brass along with the broken spring in the handle. Also they wanted to try to find the beige color that matches the storm doors also.

Thanks for getting back to us. In that case, I think the best option we have is our 40-058. We don't have a handle set that matches your specifications exactly, but I think this will work as a substitute. We also have the 40-152, but it does not have a key lock.
