We need price and availability of this mortise lock for our customer's sliding door.
We are licensed locksmiths and it is going to be for resale.

It depends if you need just the mortise or the whole assembly. 82-238 looks like it might be the same size as your mortise. For a keyless entry, you could check out our 82-080 handle set. There is also the 82-081 set, if you need a keyed handle. Would these parts work for you?
