Thanks for reaching out! It appears your mortise lock is missing the faceplate used to install the part to the door. To determine if there is a replacement lock we can supply, I'll need to see a photo of that faceplate.

Are you able to provide a photo of it?

The photos you've provided are of the keeper and of the space in the door where the mortise lock would be installed but not the faceplate that should be connected to the lock itself.

Given the body of the mortise lock and the keeper, it appears that our 82-238 is the replacement you'll need for your patio door. Carefully look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing lock to determine if this will be a fit. Since the faceplate is missing, you'll need to measurement the distance between the installation holes on the door frame.

Thanks for the photos. While the body of our 82-238 is similar to the one from your door, I do not believe this mortise lock will work to replace the mortise lock  you currently have.

Your best bet would be to attempt to contact the door manufacturer or a supplier that sells mortise locks in this style. They may be able to guide you in the right direction to find the correct replacement.

I apologize that we cannot help with this repair.

Please feel free to reach out with any other hardware repair questions you may have.
