Replacement lock

Question

I need a replacement lock for an Andersen double hung series 200 window in white. The part of the lock that connects to the keeper is broken off, so the window cannot be locked. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in! We do not carry an exact match for the Andersen sash lock you have pictured here but we may be able to supply you with a substitute.

To determine if there is a replacement we can offer, I'll need to know the measurement for the distance between the installation holes, from center to center. I'll also need to know the measurement from the center of installation hole to the back of the sweep lock (the back set measurement).

I cannot make any guarantees but we will do our best to determine if there is a replacement we can recommend.
