Replacement lock for Anderson sliding glass door

The lock on our Anderson sliding glass basement door spins freely and thus needs replacing. I am attaching three photos (edge and both sides) that are hopefully sufficient for identifying the right model. The lock is on the left side if you are facing it with the key from outside.
