Door item number 312920.
Entire locking system malfunctioned and then fell into door. Need replacement. It is a double lock.

It's hard to provide a recommendation without seeing the original first but we will try our best.

Could you show us the mortise lock cut out on your door? We'll also need to know the installation hole-to-hole center spacing as well.

Hey there! Emily's not here today, but I'll do my best to help.

Looking at your photos, and reading your last post, it sounds like you need a new mortise lock. If yours fell in the door then there is a good chance you have the 82-239. However you will need to compare our dimensions to the space available to confirm it will fit. Even then, there is no guarantee, since your original isn't on hand to use as a reference. This is more like an educated guess. Just something to keep in mind.

Thank you! I managed to remove the door from the track AND retrieve the lock. The recommended product looks to be an exact fit. Thank you for your time and help, I'm ordering now!
