Replacement lock handle

A contractor from Elkhorn Wisconsin says:

I misplaced two lock handles. I was wondering how much to get them replaced. The only markings I see are on the back and are 01Q5331 and C4650-5

Did this part happen to come off of an Andersen made part? I ask because your handle looks very close to our 39-291. Take a look and see if you agree.
