Replacement lock set

Question

I think 40-049 looks like the replacement.
most of the size match up, some off be 1/16 -1/8 off. It could be my measurements.
Is this the replacement? No markings on handle, 25 years old lock set.

Thanks for posting. Yes, the 40-049 is the best match for these old Emco locksets. It's not an exact match, but we've had past customers report success. Let us know how you make out.
