Replacement locking handle needed

I've attached 3 pictures of a locking handle on a window in my house (there are actually 2 both broken). As you may be able to see, the bottom half of the latch is broken off. I'd like to replace it if you have that piece.

Please see our 38-090 lock and tell me if this is a match for your hardware.

The 38-090 looks like the correct replacement part I will need 2 of them,. I do have a question about how they attach to the window. The description says to hold onto the fasteners and screws. I'm not clear on how to remove the old one and replace with the new one.
Any suggestions? The instructions might explain, but I figured pose the question ahead of time.
Let me know.
Thanks,
Ted

You will need to open your window to expose the screws, but they should be on the other side of the frame.
