Replacement locking patio handle

A quick learner from Vero Beach, Fl. says:
October 6, 2019
Need a 7 1/2 in patio door handle in white.
Have 3 15/16 screw holes.
Width if door is 1 11/16.
Handle screws into face plate is 5 1/2 in.
Do you have anything that would work?
