Replacement low profile or folding crank assembly

I'm looking to replace many of these crank handles with something low profile or folding so that they don't interfere with window shades. Can you help identify something? I believe the shank is roughly 3/8" but someone claimed it was "3/8" Special"

The existing crank housing measures 4" tall, 5/8" wide, 1 1/2" deep. The shank is either 3/8" or 3/8" Special depending on who you ask.

Hello,
The 11/32" 39-205 folding handle should work for your operator assembly but, unfortunately, it won't be enough to provide clearance for the shades. When it comes to casement windows, the shades must be packed out to make way for the operator, not the other way around.
Please note that the hole, or "shank", should also measure 11/32" since Truth only ever designed their operators to use that size. Thanks for posting!
