Replacement manual window arm

The photo shows the window opening arm. The part rotates to open or secure the window manually. There are no markings or other indicators. The arm is missing from another window, but the bottom support is still attached. The home was built in 1961 and the part is most likely original. The window is single pane with an aluminum frame. The missing part is 10.5" long and approximately 1/2 inch wide.
