I have three casement windows that not open. The windows are part of a Four. Seasons lWindow wall.

Can you identify the part, provide a video illustrating how to retrieve or provide an installer in Los Angeles who may replace it?

Thanks for reaching out! There are few different awning operators that come to mind, however, to narrow them down, I'll need to see a photo of the awning operator removed from the window. I am specifically looking to see the arm of the operator as well as anything that may be attached to them.

It would also help to see a clearer photo of all of the installation holes on the operator.
