Hi,
We have two old bay windows that are in great shape except we can't open the windows without having to manually assist :)

Any assistance you can give would be appreciated!

Hello there. I am confident we can help. When that worm gear pops out with the handle, it means the entire window operator has broken down and should be replaced. We can help with this, but we'll need you to open the window and send us clear, bird's eye view photos of the entire mechanism, including the arms. That way we can identify what might work for you.

That's a big help, thanks! I recommend our 39-032 and 39-031 Truth EntryGard operators. These appear to match yours nicely, and the stamps match up to boot, but you should review our dimensions just to be 100% sure that they line up.
