Replacement mechanism for a Jeld-Win casement window

A handy person from Michigan says:

I need a replacement mechanism for a casement window that rusted out. Jeld Win said that they don't warrant against the elements so I'm stuck with a window that won't work.

Please help me find the correct replacement hardware.

Thant you for your assistance,

Russ

Hello,

Take a look at the video below that will help you choose the correct Encore operators for your windows. Thank you!

A handy person from Michigan says:
Casey,

What I really need is the aluminum bar that sits under the window when it closes along with the arm that attaches to and supports the window when it is opened, along with any of the associated attaching hardware. Can you please help me out with identifying and obtaining that hardware.

Thanks,

Casey from SWISCO responded:

It sounds like you might be referring to the hinges. If so, see our 10" long 36-048 or 14" long 36-049 hinge sets, depending on the length of the base that mounts to the window sill.
