Replacement milgrad window balancer

I would like to order two replacement window balancers for my milgrad bath room shower window.This is a ribbed window balancer 1/2 inch wide on the back and 5/8 inch wide on the open side. The metal channel is 9 inches long. The printed number on the channel is 84 caldwell CM. Can you help me. See Pictures attached

We can replace this balance, but it will have to be a special order due to its short length. Can you just confirm the depth of the bottom shoe? This would be the "heel to toe" measurement. It should be either 1" or 1-3/32".
Once I know that, I'll email you a special order link and price quote for 2.
