Replacement millguard channels

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We have dozens of different balances with that stamp. It's not a product code or anything, it just indicates the strength of the spring.

In order to figure out what Series this is, I need you to remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window and show me clear pictures of the top and bottom nylon fittings. I will also need to know the dimensions of these fittings. The design of these fittings is what determines the best replacement, not the stamp.

Thanks! Based on your photos, you have either our S380-24 or S385-24. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is the better match.

That looks like a keeper of some kind, but I don't recognize it. The tape measure is obscuring most of it. Would it be possible to see a clearer picture?
