Replacement mortise lock

No existing equipment. Mortise screw holes are 9" apart, total width is 1" and patio handle holes are 4" apart. Looking for mortise lock set and patio handles. Please advise.

I'm not sure what you have, unfortunately. We don't have a mortise lock in our inventory with a 9" hole center spacing, Can you confirm that? The only thing we have that's close is the 82-239 at 9-7/8".

The handle, at least, might be our 82-030. This is a very versatile set with a 3-15/16" spacing, which is likely what you have.

Could it be that it is has a pocket trim plate as well?

The 82-239 does not come with a trim plate. We have other mortise locks that do, but their hole spacing far exceeds 9". If you are confident that this is what your hole spacing is, then none of them will work. That's why I think you should double check that measurement to be 100% sure.
