Attached photos of storm door installed @ 1990-2000
Neighbors have similar doors which they claim were purchased at Home Depot. No markings or ID found on door or frame.

Any ideas for a replacement set?

Thanks for posting. How does our 40-049 Storm Door Lockset compare? Review the diagrams below and let us know if anything differs.

Thank You. All the dimensions on the "alternate view" diagram match except the handle on my door is in the lower position, and the locking mechanism is in the upper position

Thanks for getting back to me. It looks to me that the mortise lock is also 'inverted' in your door compared to our diagram, is that not so? If correct, then I don't think there should be any issue, you would just need to install the 40-049 'upside down' compared to how we present it. We do see this from time to time, and typically installing the handle set upside down doesn't affect performance. Let me know if you have further questions.
