Replacement needed

I am looking for anything close to these hinges. They are installed at a CVS pharmacy in INDIANA, USA. On on the door side of the hinge I see 698.24 e then under that 59.00. then on the plastic part of the hinge the door side 697.043. 59.00. then on the then on the cabinet side 511 then under that 243 then under that 01.92 and then on the right I see a seven and a six separated from each other.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for the cabinet hinge shown in your photos. The 32-349 is a similar design but I can't guarantee that ti would work for your application. Take a look and compare the specifications of this part and the other hinges shown in our selection here to see if you might be able to adapt one of them to work as a replacement. Thank you.
