Your coil shoe looks like it could be a match for the 15-191 Heavy Duty Pivot Shoe. To confirm, you'll need to remove it and compare the specifications.

This shoe is often used with the 26-241 Pivot Bar.

The compatible coil spring is the Series 160 Coil Balance. To determine the correct replacement coil, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the springs. If yours does not have them, you'll need to confirm the exact weight of the window sash and divide that by the number of coils in the window (in your case, 4).
