Replacement needed for 3-1/4" long-body left-hand window cam lock

Hi, I'm looking for a replacement for this vinyl window cam lock. The screw spacing is exactly 3-1/4". It's a long-body style and is left-hand orientation. The internal cam/pawl is missing. The lock has a moulded marking on the housing. I've attached photos showing the lock, the measurement, the keeper in the frame and how it engages. I'm looking for the correct replacement or the closest compatible match.
