Replacement non tilt balance rods

Question

Need to buy 4 replacement balance rods: Channel length 24", channel depth 5/8, channel width 9/16, stamp on the channel 2320.
I looked on your site however, I'm not sure of which shoe or top is correct. Also in the window channel the take out clips are plastic - not metal like most windows. There is no information stamped inside the window to indicate manufacture. Windows are from 1980's

Pictures attached - balance rods where stuck in the channel, sash would not stay open - could see balance rod in the window channel when sash is closed. We have no pictures of them operational.

This looks like a match for our S377-24 channel balance with the 2320 spring strength option. Look this over to see if you agree. As for the take out clip, can you show us some pictures of yours removed from the window?
