Can you help, need a replacement part number. Marking on the part is:
10/07unique 27-D-40
The metal is 28" long.

Hello,

It's tough to be sure but it looks like your balance may have non-winged end fittings. If so, you may have either our S351-28, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-28, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need. If your depth differs, get back to us with your exact measurement written-out.

Note that you'll also need a 2740 spring strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!

Thanks for the quick reply.

I have verified. My replacement needs the S390 part with the 15-001 bottom attachment and the 2740 spring. Is the top attachment identified and not in question?

Currently, I will need 4 units, 2 for the right side and 2 for the left side.

Is the S390 available from inventory?

Correct, both balances use the same 19-002 top fitting. The bottom shoe is the only difference. The S390-28 (2740) can be purchased directly on our product page.
