Replacement (non-tilt) window balancer

Question

Please help me identify the correct replacement balancer.  They are 1/2 inch wide and 34 inches long.  I've attached photos of the ends and markings on the balancer.

Thanks for posting. This looks possibly like either our S380-24 or S385-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement, so compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. See the illustration below for reference. In either case for a stamp option choose 33-3.
