Replacement non-tilt window channel balance

Good afternoon,
The rope in one of our channel balance broke and we were hoping you could help us find a replacement channel balance. I have uploaded photos and the metal piece is 14" long. I look forward to hearing back from your team!

Thanks for posting. Start by comparing to either the S380-14 or S385-14 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Compare both with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 1320.
