Replacement of Caldwell Window Channel Balances

Hello,

I have two Caldwell Window Balances for my Jeld-Wen single hung, non-tilting window. The stamping on the both balances are: 21 3 JQ CALDWELL. The metal channel measures 22 inches in length and 5/8 inches across the open front and 1/2 inch across the back side and 23 inches overall length with plastic clips on each end. Each balance has a block & tackle pulley type system along with a spring. I have tried to include photos for your use, I clicked on the "Add Photos" button but it did not open. Thanks for posting! I am confident we can provide you with a replacement recommendation for the balances you need but I'll need to see just one more photo to be sure. May I see the pulley system in the center of the balance? This is where the spring and string meet in the middle.
