I have two screen doors that are the same. One of them the lock that the screen door latches to on the other side the lock latch came off. I'm trying to find the correct replacement part.
Photo one is the missing part and photo 3 is the part I'm looking for. Model and serial number is from the sliding glass door but I'm looking for the screen door latch but don't know the make, model, or serial number of it.

Looks like you need a new keeper. We don't have one exactly like what you show in your second photo there, but the handle set itself resembles our 83-126. Going through our records I see that there are a couple compatible keepers in our inventory. Start by looking at our 85-001 and 85-011.
These screen door latches aren't super complex so I think our parts will work well even though they're a little different.

I just received your 83-126 Sliding Screen Door Latch. It didn't occur to me that I needed to specify left-handed vs. right-handed and I got the wrong one. Do you have both versions? I don't see where there is a choice on your Web site.

Our 83-126 doesn't come in left or right hand sides. If memory serves, you can just flip the latch hook over to the side you need. Is that not possible on the handle set you purchased?
