Replacement of Window lock mechanism : SWISCO.com

Our one lock mechanism broke and the other looks like it is about to. We purchased the home with these windows. There is no name nor numbers on the parts. They only thing is inside there are two circles one with B1 and the other 99. The mechanism is 4 1/2" tall and is 3/4" wide. The screw holes are 3 3/4" apart. The latch is 1 3/16" long, 9/16" at front and 1 1/16" at base.

Thank you. This maybe a stupid question. What is the difference between 38-095 and 38-096?

Not a stupid question at all!

Truth Hardware manufactures different depth reaches, so the 38-095 is considered the "medium slider".
