Replacement of casement and awning operator, dual arm, left hand

A home owner from Glenwood Springs, CO says:

I have a window that needs to have the dual arm casement window operator replaced for left hand. I bought two of these for "Right Hand" about 7 years ago from an Ace Store here in Glenwood Springs. Would I be able to still obtain this hardware?
The model number was TH-20377 (for the right hand hardware).
