Replacement of casement and awning operator, dual arm, left hand

Question

I have a window that needs to have the dual arm casement window operator replaced for left hand. I bought two of these for "Right Hand" about 7 years ago from an Ace Store here in Glenwood Springs. Would I be able to still obtain this hardware?
The model number was TH-20377 (for the right hand hardware).

I wasn't able to match that number to anything in our database, unfortunately. At this stage I don't know what you're looking for. In order to help, I will need a clear and unobstructed photo of the original part. Written dimensions would also be helpful.
