Replacement of kitchen cabinet hinges

I'm hoping to replace the 33 year old hinges on my Kraftmade kitchen cabinets. They have the following numbers on them:

NO 3613151US

60332 16

We don't sell an exact match for this hinge. Our 32-147 is the best option in our inventory. Take a look and see if you think you could make this work.
