Hello the closest match I can find was product code 79–131. Is this correct?

Hey there,
The the 79-131 Left Hand Offset Pivot Set does look like it could possibly be replacement you need. Although, after reviewing the 79-125 Left 7/64" Recessed Door Offset Pivot Set, I believe this may be worthwhile to consider as a replacement.
You'll need to carefully review and compare the dimensions and the design from their diagrams to determine which of them might be the best fit. Be sure to take a look at the video tutorial tagged below for an explanation on how to remove/install them.

Jasmine, Thank you for taking the time. The demensions are exact. Just waiting for the plaza in which I rent to see if they have any spare back up kits. If not, I will let them know of your website to order the correct parts for this and future store owners. They have hundreds of tenants across the map.
